6 Months

Joseph turned 6 months old on Tuesday (so I am only a few days late on this post). A whole half year, I cannot believe it. Although it seems like I already cannot remember life without our little man. He is such a happy guy and brings us all so much joy. He is his sisters best friend (she told me this and I should have really recorded it so I could show it to her in 5 years).
This month was busy and we had a few firsts...
1) His first ear infection.. although you wouldn't have known it since he wasn't really acting that badly. And he weighed in at 17lbs 140zs one week before his 6 month b-day .. yes he really does love to eat!!
2) His first camping trip!!! See our post on that one..
3) First time at a lake ( Sacandaga )
We hope for many more of 2&3... but please no more ear infections anytime soon.. you are doing better than your sister though.. since by 6 months she had at least 3.. most of which were doubles and tough to get rid of.
This month Joseph really started eating solids. He now eats some fruit and cereal at lunch and dinner. So far he loves most everything we give him (in case you couldn't tell from the size of his cheeks and legs). He is wearing 9month clothes and size 3 diapers.

First beach trip at Sacandaga lake.. not so sure about it at first, but seemed to enjoy it after a while.
