So I never truly believed that girls were just born with "motherly" instincts, but after the past year of raising Kayla there is no doubt in my mind that they are. Since she was around 1 she has carried babies around, put them to sleep, patted their backs, fed them, changed them.. etc.. Now the newest thing is that everyone needs to be safe in the car, that includes Elmo and her baby who were along for the ride to the grocery store on Sunday.

She did it all by herself!! Luckily Elmo behaved on the trip, since she was concerned that he was touching the baby and Elmo does spend a lot of time in Time Out :o)
The tougher part was then getting her into her seat with my huge belly in the way :o) I promise to post some belly pics soon. I just hope Kayla continues her mothering streak once the baby comes!!
