15 Months Old

I know that I say this all the time, but I just cannot believe how fast time goes by. With two kids it seems to move even faster... and now Joe is 15 months old and I have a little girl going into kindergarten in September. The past three months Joe has really grown up. Here are the top 10 things about him right now.

JOE- JOE's TOP 10

1) Run don't walk... that would be his rule. Since he has mastered walking since turning one he has decided that running is the way to go.. this has led to many bumps, bruises and of course a broken tooth since he also chooses to run with items in his mouth.
2) Ma Ma... He can say it and loves too!!!
3) Dada .. oh yeah he can still say that and does.. all the time.
4) Loves his rocking chair and can get in and out by himself (see picture).
5) ALL DONE .. he says all done and signs it when he is finished eating.. too cute.
6) Dancing. He loves to dance when he hears music and especially when it is a family dance party with his sister! As you can imagine there a lots of family dance parties in our house.
7) Huggies.. he loves hugs from his big sister.. well most of the time.
8) Retaliation.. he has started to fight back. This includes lots of hitting and most recently going after his sister with a toy car. Watch out Kayla.. I have warned her this day was coming, but it will be interesting to see how the drama queen handles it!
9) Snoopy.. Joe loves his Snoopy, and loves to feed him too.. so Snoop has likely put on a few pounds now that Joe is eating real food.
10) THAT BIG SMILE.. even though my little guy is getting so big he still has that adorable melt your heart smile. He is so happy (most of the time) and I could just eat him right up when he laughs and flashes that smile.

Joe was sick a few times over the past few months so he did not gain much weight since his 1 year check. He is 23lbs 14oz (25-50%) and 31 inches long (50%), his head size is now only in the 95% rather than well above :o)

This is my favorite bib.. sums up his activities.

With all the toys we have he still spends most of his time playing with my pots, pans and utensils.
